Our Property
The beach is 0.3 miles away! Spacious coastal cottage, close to Harwich Port shopping/restaurants . Centrally located on a quiet sandy road. Multiple larger beaches with lifeguards are located within 1/2 mile from the house. Two bedrooms + loft accessible by a ladder, complete with two daybeds! Perfect for the kids or adventurous adults! Enjoy a beautifully renovated full kitchen, barbecue, outdoor patio with plenty of outdoor yard space and a large outdoor shower!

Quaint neighborhood full of things to do. The home is located on a quiet beach sand road. Walk to the beach or to Main St in Harwich Port full of shops and restaurants. Lukes Liquors is within walking distance from the house as well. Our favorite thing to do in the summer is to ride our bikes into Harwich Port for lunch on a beautiful day.

Good to know
There is a ladder going up to the loft where there are two daybeds. We are not liable for your use of the ladder or if any injuries occur while using it. If you have children, please monitor them at all times while using the ladder and while being up there. Not suitable for young children. If not 100% certain that you can climb the ladder, please DO NOT. The loft is a bonus space but is not necessary to access during your stay. Please take precaution while using this ladder and hold onto the rails. If not using the loft, there are two bedrooms which sleep 5 people. 1-queen bed 1-bunk bed & 1- twin bed *No pull out couch*
Other Details to Note
Parking passes for the beach can be purchased at the Harwich Town Hall if interested. However, beaches are within walking distance from the house and no need for pass if you don't have a car. The Harwich Chamber of Commerce located not far from the cottage, will be able to provide you with a list of beaches, places to see, places to travel etc. Definitely check it out, it's very helpful. Peak Summer Season= Saturday-Saturday rentals only
